Job Summary
Join the Weizenbaum Institute, a leading research institution focusing on the societal impact of digitalization, as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be a key member of a four-person IT team, providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support for nearly 200 employees. Your daily tasks will involve handling hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, deploying IT equipment, and providing user training. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure and security measures, with a strong focus on open-source solutions. Experience
