Job Summary

This role involves the precise measurement and analysis of stamped and plastic parts, as well as test gauges. The Metrology Technician will be responsible for developing measurement strategies and clamping concepts in close collaboration with project managers, designers, and clients. Key duties include creating tactile and optical measurement programs for series production and full measurement during the project phase, as well as analyzing and documenting measurement results and conducting capability studies. The technician will also coordinate test equipment management, including monitoring, planning, and performing calibrations, and will train workers in the use of measuring instruments.
