Job Summary

This role is for a Tool and Process Development Specialist to join the "Processes & Systems" department within the Service Division of KHS, a leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the introduction and further development of a new global Field Service Management system, while also maintaining and enhancing the existing international SAP C4C solution for Sales and Service. This involves analyzing and optimizing business processes in close collaboration with various departments, providing support and system maintenance, coordinating external service providers, and training a global Key User Team.
