This role as a Media Technician in Technical Management involves providing comprehensive support for conference and media technology directly on-site at a client's location in Herzogenaurach. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, proactively identify and resolve technical issues, and act as a reliable point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external partners. Key responsibilities include performing system maintenance, health checks, security audits, and managing 2nd and 3rd-level incident resolution. The position requires keeping systems updated, coordinating AV installations, and collaborating with service providers and suppliers.
