Job Summary
This role is for an engaged IT professional to provide essential 1st-level support, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. Day-to-day, you'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, actively monitoring server and storage systems to prevent problems, and setting up new workstations by installing and configuring hardware and software. You'll also contribute to IT projects, train colleagues on system usage, and maintain meticulous documentation of IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong technical skills across various operating systems, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
