Job Summary

This role is for an engaged Technical Manager to oversee technical and infrastructural facility management for multiple retail properties in the East region (Bavaria and Stuttgart). Day-to-day, you will be the primary contact for clients, customers, and tenants on all technical matters, managing service providers, and planning and executing investment, maintenance, and conversion projects. You will also be responsible for obtaining quotes, awarding contracts, approving and settling services, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical/construction background, several years of relevant professional experience, and a valid driver's license for regional travel.
