You will serve as the central HR contact for assigned portfolio companies, managing the full employee lifecycle, from leading recruitment processes and strengthening the employer brand to overseeing performance management and talent development. A critical part of the role involves advising managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring consistent application of Swiss labor law, and contributing to change management initiatives, including post-merger integration and cultural harmonization. This role requires a proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented professional with a strong business partnering mindset and the ability to balance operational execution with strategic support, all within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.

Education

HR studies or further professional training in Human Resources

Experience

  • Relevant experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager
  • Experience in a multi-entity or decentralized organizational environment (ideal)
  • Professional experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • Experience in business integration, change management, and cultural integration
