As a Subproject Manager for Equipment Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the "General Renovation North" initiative, specifically focusing on the Bremen-Bremerhaven corridor. You will be the central point of contact, managing diverse interfaces across various trades, partner companies, and authorities, including control and safety technology, electrical engineering, and telecommunications. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating planning, construction supervision, and inspection services, preparing tender documents, and managing public-law approvals. You will also be crucial in reviewing and documenting additional claims and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders.
