Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT and Smartphone Technician who wants to take on significant responsibility in managing and developing an existing smartphone and IT store. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from software installation and 1st/2nd level support for desktop and mobile environments to diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining smartphones, tablets, and consoles. A key aspect of this position is the independent organization of daily store operations, including customer consultation and sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a customer-oriented mindset to actively shape a store's success from the ground up, working with various operating systems like Apple, Windows, and Linux.
