Job Summary

This role is a strategic lynchpin for all R&D projects within a leading European cheese manufacturer, reporting directly to the Corporate R&D Director. The successful candidate will continuously develop the global R&D project portfolio by analyzing, prioritizing, and deriving decision recommendations. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing R&D processes, ensuring the consistent application of a new end-to-end process from idea to launch. The manager will also professionally prepare and follow up on Stage-Gate meetings and strategic R&D discussions, ensuring clear presentation of content, KPIs, and decision-making bases. This position offers the opportunity to lead selected R&D process and organizational projects, introducing and optimizing globally uniform methods and standards, while collaborating closely with Global and local PMOs.
