Job Summary
This Field Service Engineer role involves the maintenance, installation, and GMP qualification of tablet testing devices and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting system training for customers, and providing technical support to the sales team. This position offers a dynamic work environment within an international group specializing in pharmaceutical testing equipment. It's ideal for a technically skilled individual who enjoys customer interaction, is willing to travel extensively within Germany and occasionally to Austria and Benelux, and thrives in a self-reliant, responsible role. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education, preferably in chemistry (e.g., chemical laboratory assistant, chemical technician, chemical-technical assistant) or in electronics/electrical engineering. Cross-entry with technical education and experience in other areas is also considered.
Experience
- Technical understanding and experience with modern process documentation and work instructions
- Experience with cGMP requirements (ideally)
- Professional experience in a field service or technical support role
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel frequently (partially with overnight stays) primarily within Germany, occasionally to Austria and Benelux
- Residence ideally in the greater Cologne/Essen/Dortmund area
