Job Summary

This role at TÜV SÜD involves the independent and team-based assessment and inspection of building technical systems and facilities. The successful candidate will conduct expert inspections of fire protection dampers, fire-resistant cable penetrations, dry risers, wall hydrants, fire doors, automatic sliding doors in escape routes, and electrically locked doors in escape routes. Key responsibilities also include hygiene inspections of ventilation systems (VDI 6022), plausibility checks of HVAC planning, and the creation of damage reports. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of building systems in various sectors, including industrial, healthcare, and public properties, while supporting accredited inspection experts. The role requires a qualified Master or Technician in building services with relevant professional experience and a willingness to work predominantly in the Upper Bavaria region.
