Job Summary
Join a leading renewable energy company as a 2nd Level Support Specialist, playing a crucial role in the energy transition. You will provide technical support to installation partners and customers via phone and email, ensuring smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing error messages, troubleshooting issues using established processes and tools, and managing administrative duties such as customer data entry. This role requires a service- and solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on achieving performance metrics. You'll contribute to an innovative environment, working three days a week in either Wildpoldsried or Berlin, with flexible working hours and the option for mobile work.

Experience
