Job Summary

As a Group Leader for Process Validation and Qualification in Pharmaceutical Technology, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international regulations in the production of aseptic cytostatics. Your daily tasks will include planning, coordinating, and executing system-related process validations, including media fills, and managing all associated documentation. You will also be responsible for budget planning and control for your cost center, continuously developing validation concepts, and supporting qualification projects and hygiene management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing company with modern production facilities, contributing to the market launch and commercial production of vital pharmaceutical products. You will present qualification and validation topics to authorities and clients in both German and English.
