Job Summary

This role involves conducting technical tasks for the development of diagnostic test systems, including variance, comparative, batch, and tolerance analyses. The successful candidate will independently verify system and/or assay performance for diagnostic systems, which includes creating experimental plans and work instructions, executing experiments, and statistically evaluating and presenting results. A key part of the role is generating result reports and documentation, as well as advancing existing procedures and methods for new applications. Collaboration with internal departments on specialized projects is also expected. The position requires a background in chemical laboratory work, experience in system development within the chemical industry, and specific expertise in diagnostic measurement systems, particularly immunochemistry for Point of Care applications.
