Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Project Manager in Building Services Engineering, focusing on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The successful candidate will lead complex projects, acting as the central point of contact for all technical building equipment (TGA) questions within the project team. Daily tasks include collaborating with construction management and internal planning departments, communicating with clients and specialist engineers on building technology topics, and managing tenders and awards for subcontractor services in TGA trades. The role also involves controlling costs and budgets for building technology trades within projects.
