Job Summary
This role involves conducting physical-chemical quality analyses of yeasts and fermentation raw materials, including ICUMSA methods, according to VH SOPs. The successful candidate will also perform fermentation and performance analyses in both laboratory and pilot plant settings. A key aspect of the position is ensuring the quality of testing equipment and validating analytical methods. Additionally, the assistant will guide interns and students in physical-chemical analysis. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background in chemistry or biology, possessing at least two years of laboratory experience in food or fermentation product analysis, and a keen interest in scientific-experimental work within a project-oriented environment.
