Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance to various clients of a leading European IT service provider. The specialist will be responsible for managing and documenting support tickets, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for troubleshooting client systems and printers, and offering direct support for PCs, notebooks, and printers. Key responsibilities also include installing and configuring Windows operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration, experience with standard hardware and Windows 7/10, and proficiency in MS Office. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in on-site IT support
- Experience in processing various customer inquiries
- Proficient handling of standard hardware
- Proficient handling of Windows 7, 10, and common MS Office programs
Languages
Additional
- Valid driver's license (PKW Führerschein) and willingness to work in the Rhine/Main area.
