The position involves providing first-level support, assisting users with Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, and offering guidance on product selection and system usage. Key responsibilities also include technical administration, managing IP telephony, operating systems, and VPN, as well as documenting all requests in a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar qualification, practical support experience in both Apple and Windows environments, and proficiency with tools like ServiceNow and Active Directory.
