Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, handling support tickets, and ensuring smooth IT operations for a leading European IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring client systems, managing user accounts and passwords in Active Directory, and performing on-site equipment setup and cabling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding, excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS 365, and experience with Active Directory.
