Job Summary
This role involves actively supporting and accelerating the expansion of digital infrastructure in the local area. The Coordinator will act as a central point of contact and clearing house for operators, providers of telecommunication networks and data centers, municipalities, district governments, and the state, addressing all matters related to digital infrastructure expansion at the municipal level. Key responsibilities include facilitating necessary permits, connecting stakeholders to relevant contacts, informing about municipal guidelines for expansion projects, and integrating self-funded and subsidized fiber optic/mobile network expansion based on GIS-driven planning. The position also entails overseeing the implementation of funding applications for broadband expansion, developing spatial plans, and providing expert advice on structural change projects. Education
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics, or Geography
Experience
- Professional experience in project and network work
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a mobile network or gigabit coordinator, or specialized knowledge in digital infrastructures (demonstrated by work certificates, testimonials, further training certificates)
