Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to join a dynamic team in Cologne as the Team Lead for Compliance & IT. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of three, focusing on optimizing workflows and implementing best practices. A core part of your day-to-day will involve managing the team's budget, overseeing IT projects, and ensuring robust money laundering, fraud prevention, and operational risk management. You will also take charge of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), coordinate external information security service providers, and develop compliance processes and guidelines. This role offers the chance to shape the IT strategy and contribute significantly to the company's success, reporting directly to management and acting as a key contact for audits and training.
