Job Summary
This critical role seeks a proactive and solution-oriented IT Application and Systems Engineer to manage and advance the company's application landscape, with a strong emphasis on Cloud technologies. You will be responsible for the operation and continuous development of key applications and interfaces, acting as the vital link between specialized business units, the IT department, and external service providers. Day-to-day tasks include requirements gathering, specification, rigorous testing, and documentation, ensuring smooth IT operations and quality assurance. A key part of the job involves actively shaping system architecture decisions and driving the integration and development of Microsoft Cloud Services, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent coordination skills, and the motivation to work with modern infrastructure in a collaborative, engaged team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or professional qualification in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
Experience
- Multi-year professional experience in IT infrastructure and Cloud environments.
- Practical experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, M365) and Virtualization.
- Proven track record collaborating with external service providers and vendors.
