Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Consultant, you will join the Public Sector operations team, focusing on installing and configuring e-file applications for federal and state government clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and configuring both on-premise and cloud-native e-file solutions, primarily within a Linux environment but also involving Microsoft Windows. You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support, addressing incidents and complex challenges using various monitoring, configuration management, and rollout tools. This role requires strong communication skills to engage with project stakeholders, an interest in Enterprise Content Management in the public sector, and the ability to work independently. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work with occasional on-site presence, and a supportive team environment.
