Service Technician | Service-Techniker (m/w/d) – Standort Dresden

Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be instrumental in the commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of infrared cameras and systems for DIAS Infrared, a German manufacturer of infrared measurement technology. Your day-to-day will involve supporting international clients both on-site and remotely, organizing service deployments and projects, and providing technical advice and documentation. This role offers the flexibility to focus on either field service with national and European travel or internal service tasks like organization and project coordination, depending on your strengths and preferences. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, strong PC skills, a Class B driver's license, and a proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach to work, with thorough onboarding and continuous training provided.
