As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to various clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for client systems like PCs, notebooks, and printers. You'll handle hardware setup, dismantling, physical connections, and power-on tests to ensure functionality. Additionally, you will conduct basic hardware repairs and upgrades following provided instructions and documentation. A critical part of the role is meticulous documentation of all tasks using a mobile tool, maintaining checklists, and recording asset data in client systems. You will also adjust network parameters as required and provide basic 1st-Level support.
