This role involves providing comprehensive IT support within a dynamic IT environment in Berlin. Day-to-day tasks include managing hardware setups and dismantling, performing cabling and functional tests, and handling the installation, configuration, and upgrades of both hardware and software. A key responsibility is providing 1st and 2nd-level support, including efficient ticket processing. The position also offers the opportunity to lead small installation teams of up to three people.
