Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical customer support and service management for communication networks, digitization projects, and future cloud services within Germany's air traffic control. The specialist will be responsible for defining internal and external customer and system requirements for networks (LAN, WAN, Firewalls/IT Security) and CNS systems (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance). Day-to-day tasks include analyzing complex customer needs, developing solution variants and network architectures, overseeing the implementation of new technical solutions, and comprehensive documentation. The position requires strong technical expertise in modern information, communication, and network technologies, as well as excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) in a technical or scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Sciences)

Experience

  • Outstanding expertise in modern information, communication, and network technologies
  • Comprehensive and in-depth user knowledge in MS-Office 365, Visio, and relevant SAP modules
