Job Summary

As a Maintenance Coordinator in Facility Management, you will be the primary point of contact and coordinator for planning and managing maintenance orders for machinery, systems, and building technical facilities. Your daily tasks will involve directing internal resources and commissioning external companies for maintenance work. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance services to maintain quality and traceability, while also optimizing the efficiency and quality of maintenance processes. You will collaborate closely with other departments and external service providers to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will possess a technical trade qualification or a Master Craftsman/certified technician degree in relevant fields, coupled with experience in industrial maintenance. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and an independent, structured, and entrepreneurial approach are essential for success in this role.

Education

Completed technical trade apprenticeship (e.g., Electrician, Plant Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician) or comparable qualification, OR successful completion as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or state-certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter Techniker) in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Supply Technology, or Refrigeration Technology
