Job Summary

As an M365 Engineer, you will serve as the central point of contact and internal expert for all Microsoft 365 products and services. Your daily responsibilities will include planning, rolling out, and further developing M365 products, defining governance structures, and ensuring the technical foundation for integration and permissions. You will also implement security and compliance requirements (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP, MFA) and create migration and training concepts. This role involves coordinating administration, monitoring, and 2nd/3rd-level support for M365 services, managing external service providers, and actively integrating new services into the M365 ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with other internal units, document solutions, and participate in projects, potentially taking on sub-project leadership. This position is ideal for a proactive team player with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes, offering a dynamic environment within a major financial services provider.
