Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT hardware support within a Field Service Team, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations and mobile devices. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for a 'Handy4all' rollout, assist colleagues with daily tasks, and advise employees on hardware and device distribution. Ideal for an IT-affine student, this position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment within the DSV-Gruppe, a specialized service provider for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The role is based in Stuttgart, requires strong communication skills, and offers flexible working hours and a supportive team.
Required Skills
Education
Ideally studying in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics or similar)
Experience
- High affinity for IT
- Basic IT knowledge in Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in client installation, troubleshooting, software distribution, and asset management (advantageous)
- Experience in customer and service-oriented work
