Job Summary

As an Object Manager for Technical Facility Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed services, overseeing all technical operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This includes coordinating and monitoring internal and external service providers, managing orders, creating quotes, and handling invoicing. A key part of your role will involve planning and supervising recurring maintenance, expert inspections, and implementing optimization measures for building technical infrastructure, particularly in electrical, HVAC, and MSR systems. You will also lead an internal technical team, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
