Job Summary
As a Team Leader for Construction Supervision at Autobahn GmbH, you will be responsible for leading and advising a team in the preparation and execution of road construction measures, focusing on maintenance projects. Your daily tasks will include project responsibility, planning, controlling, and quality assurance for new construction, conversion, expansion, and extensive maintenance projects in traffic facility planning, adhering to HOAI standards. You will also prepare cost calculations, conduct comparative studies of technical variants, and process technical individual questions. This role involves reviewing planning drafts, conducting safety audits, and overseeing projects with multi-million Euro budgets, including billing. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Dipl. Ing/Master) in Civil Engineering or comparable knowledge, skills, and professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in project responsibility, planning, control, and quality assurance for new construction, conversion, expansion, and extensive maintenance measures in traffic facility planning according to HOAI
- Professional experience in leading and advising teams in construction preparation and execution of road construction measures
- Professional experience in preparing cost calculations and comparative studies of technical variants
- Professional experience in processing technical individual questions and preparing expert technical opinions on construction preparation and execution problems
- Professional experience in reviewing planning drafts and engineering services in the areas of object planning for traffic facilities, engineering structures, drainage, and geotechnics
- Professional experience in conducting safety audits and technical involvement in disputes according to VOB
- Professional experience in construction supervision of projects with multi-million Euro budgets, including billing
- Professional experience in adapting, terminating, and updating project-related construction contracts, as well as tendering and awarding engineering services
