As an Energy Management Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and steering strategic energy management projects aimed at achieving climate-neutral state buildings. Your day-to-day will involve creating statewide digital solutions, especially integrating CAFM and energy management systems, and enhancing control instruments and reporting, including energy report generation. You will also lay the groundwork for maintenance management and provide expert advice on life cycle costs in construction planning. This role requires a strong engineering background, particularly in energy, building, or environmental technology, coupled with a proactive, structured, and team-oriented approach. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering (specializing in Energy, Building, Environmental Technology, or comparable fields)
Experience
- Professional experience in concept development and steering of strategic energy management projects
- Professional experience in developing statewide digital solutions, especially with CAFM and energy management systems
- Professional experience in developing control instruments and reporting (e.g., energy reports)
- Professional experience in developing foundations for maintenance management
- Professional experience in providing technical advice on life cycle costs in construction planning
