The City of Syke is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead its Urban Planning Department. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of urban and regional planning, including guiding and controlling tasks, ensuring economic efficiency, and leading a team of employees. Day-to-day activities involve comprehensive project management for urban development initiatives, preparing urban development statutes, and managing urban renewal and rural development procedures. You will also play a key role in administrative tasks, providing expert advice to property owners, developers, and architects on planning law, and preparing statements for building inquiries and applications.
