Join the Cologne Administrative Court's Local IT Service Team as an IT Support Specialist, actively shaping the digital future of the justice system. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, managing IT workstations, performing maintenance and updates, and ensuring smooth operations. You will also oversee telecommunication systems, maintain local IT infrastructure, and contribute to digital security. A key part of your work involves supporting the "Resiscan" project for digital mail processing and managing courtroom audio/video systems. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, from 1st-level helpdesk support to project involvement, strengthening the court's digital efficiency and security.
