Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st level IT support, focusing on initial analysis, classification, and resolution of support tickets and telephone inquiries. The specialist will be responsible for remote and on-site support of PCs, laptops, and printers, as well as standard IT applications. Key duties include expanding and updating the knowledge database, managing emergency communication, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, coupled with a structured, independent, and quality-conscious work approach. Required Skills
Education
Completed relevant vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Integration Specialist) or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant IT field
- Demonstrated experience with Citrix Client/Workspace
- Extensive knowledge and experience supporting Office Tools
- Several years of professional experience in a clinical environment (advantageous)
