Job Summary

As an IWS Process Lead and Local Trainer, you will be instrumental in implementing the Integrated Work System (IWS) at the Trier plant. Your daily responsibilities will include training and coaching the Cell Structure Team and plant personnel on IWS methodologies and principles, particularly during the Run-to-Target (RTT) phase. You will empower teams to independently solve problems using Loss Elimination Tools and develop / implement DMS standards. A key part of your role involves preparing and training Process Leads for their future IWS tasks and supporting the IWS Manager in all RTT process activities.
