Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive electrical design and planning for residential construction projects, ranging from single-family homes to entire housing estates. Day-to-day tasks include conducting fundamental evaluations, developing detailed plans for cable cross-sections, potential equalization, lightning protection, and lighting systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as quantity surveying and supporting tender processes. Key qualifications include a degree in electrical engineering or certification as an electrical master craftsman, coupled with experience in planning electrical installations in residential buildings.
