Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting clients, setting up and configuring alarm servers and network hardware, executing SQL database migrations, and monitoring system performance and security. You will also be responsible for creating and updating critical IT documentation, performing commissioning remotely or on-site, providing telephone support, and conducting customer training sessions, including required on-call duty.
