Job Summary
This role involves overseeing complex construction projects for Germany's vital highway infrastructure, focusing on road construction, structural engineering, and road equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction, coordinating workflows with third parties, and ensuring contractual compliance, including adherence to timelines on high-traffic autobahn sections. Key responsibilities also include preparing construction approvals, project acceptance, and addressing complex supplementary claims. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the future of Germany's mobile infrastructure within a supportive team environment, ensuring the regular inspection, maintenance, and renewal of bridges, tunnels, and related facilities.
Required Skills
Education
State-certified Civil Engineering Technician (Tiefbau) or comparable qualification, knowledge, and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in road construction and structural engineering
- Knowledge of procurement and contract law
Languages
Additional
- Driving license class B; Willingness to work weekends and nights.
