Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join a company specializing in information technology services. Day-to-day, you will handle individual IT incidents and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, focusing on personal systems, data centers, and networking. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting client hardware and software, supporting users with mobile devices (iOS & Android), assisting with network issues in coordination with a remote team, and configuring/installing PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will also be responsible for documenting all tasks within a ticketing system.
