This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a modern company specializing in system solutions for medical and industrial sectors. The position involves handling support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, and assisting with the installation, configuration, and updates of medical software solutions. Collaboration with the development department on complex issues and meticulous documentation of support cases are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach, contributing to the smooth operation of critical systems.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT-related vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Merchant) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Experience in a medical environment (advantageous)

Additional

  • Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) availability; Work schedule Monday to Friday, covering shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM; Location: Rostock
