Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support for digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising systems. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming technical issues, actively monitoring and managing the operation of digital advertising systems. Key responsibilities include preparing PC hardware installations and configurations, occasionally assisting on-site technical teams with new installations, and meticulously documenting all support and service activities within the inventory management system. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background, a knack for hardware, and a desire to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
