Job Summary
This role is for a Service Center Assistant who will be a key part of a collaborative team, ensuring excellent customer service for a medical service provider. Day-to-day, you will handle incoming customer calls, provide information, and meticulously document interactions within the tour planning system. A significant part of your responsibility will involve scheduling and rescheduling assessment appointments, managing callback services, and performing necessary follow-up tasks. You will also maintain insured person master data and process cancellations and re-bookings for missed home visits. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical assistance, commercial, or administrative fields, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in standard office software and planning systems, thriving in a service-oriented, team-based environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant, or completed vocational training in a commercial or administrative field, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in service-oriented telephony
