Job Summary

This role is for a Business Analyst / Consultant specializing in Organizational & Workforce Change Management, focused on helping organizations redefine work environments and successfully navigate transformations. The successful candidate will conceptualize and implement change measures, actively involving leaders and employees. This involves identifying changes from IT implementations or organizational realignments, developing communication strategies, and preparing employees for new work environments through training. The role requires measuring change readiness, establishing multiplier networks, and active stakeholder management. You will work closely with cross-functional and technology-savvy teams in ERP (SAP S/4HANA), CRM, HR-Cloud (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday), or Digital Workplace environments, utilizing innovative methods like Design Thinking, Behavioral Change, Change Monitoring, agile project management, and User Adoption through EPSS solutions. Required Skills

Education

University degree with above-average results, preferably with a focus on Change Management, Adult Education, Business Administration, Work and Organizational Psychology, Communication Science, or Business Informatics

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in a renowned consulting firm or in a line function focused on learning, communication, or change management
  • Experience in the introduction of cloud-based IT solutions and IT-driven transformation projects
