Job Summary

The Bundeseisenbahnvermögen (BEV) is seeking an IT Coordinator for its Munich office. This role involves comprehensive IT support, from installing and maintaining hardware like PCs, notebooks, and printers, to managing the IT hotline and providing first and second-level support for network infrastructure and mobile device management. The IT Coordinator will also be responsible for user consulting and training, hardware inventory management, and regular software and hardware maintenance for IT network components and mobile device management systems.
