Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Intercultural Competence Service Center (SIK) at the German National Association for Student Affairs (DSW), a federal association dedicated to supporting international students and fostering intercultural dialogue at universities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in organizing webinars, workshops, and conferences, as well as assisting with the development and publication of materials. Key responsibilities include independent research on international student conditions, preparing information for communication, and aiding in public procurement processes. This position offers a meaningful part-time role (24 hours/week) within a motivated team, providing an opportunity to apply expertise in cultural, humanities, or administrative sciences while contributing to a significant educational and social mission.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Cultural Studies, Humanities, Administrative Sciences, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in organizing digital and in-person events
- Experience in project work and administration/awarding of public contracts (ideally)
