Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Object Manager in Facility Management, based in the greater Cologne area. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including scheduling, capacity planning, and creating offers and addendums. A key aspect of the role involves coordinating operational workflows and overseeing project controlling. The position also entails leading a team, participating in contract award discussions, and actively managing client relationships through consulting and care. Meticulous documentation of all processes is also a core responsibility. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or Heating, Ventilation, and Plumbing (HVAC), or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker), or a degree in the respective trades (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HVAC)
