Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Specialist or System Integrator focused on 3rd level support within a company passionate about IT solutions for 30 years. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex IT problems, supporting network design for client infrastructures, and analyzing and implementing practical IT solutions for servers, host systems, and storage. Key responsibilities also include coordinating migrations, network security, authentication, and taking ownership of IT projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in system administration, Microsoft Windows client/server OS, MDM, IAM, and AD Services, along with a strong analytical mindset and customer-facing communication skills in both German and English.
